Love Clementine Ltd - Returns and Refunds Policy

Love Clementine is committed to delivering high-quality products, however, if if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and in its original condition

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging
If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on -

Items returned in a used, worn, damaged, or altered condition

Sale or discounted items
3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one separately.
4. How to Return

Email us at clem@loveclementine.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.

Securely package your item and send it back via a tracked service — we strongly recommend retaining proof of postage.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Faulty Items
We quality-check every piece, but if you receive a faulty item:

Please email us at clem@loveclementine.com with clear photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.

If confirmed faulty, we will issue a refund or replacement (including shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions. If a non-returnable item is sent back to us, it will be returned to you at your own cost.
