3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We aim to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept payment via Shopify’s secure checkout system, including debit/credit cards, PayPal and other methods as made available at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order at our discretion.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK and to select international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs fees and import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Made-to-order or personalised items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged garments

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. If your item is faulty, please email us at clem@loveclementine.com with photos and a description.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any items returned in an unsellable condition.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are only valid during the dates stated and cannot be applied to orders outside of the promotion window. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, logos, designs, and copy — is the property of Love Clementine and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
